Shipping policy

Pre-orders & Kickstarter
Chug Champ is launching the Chug Coaster via Kickstarter. Rewards and pre-orders placed during the campaign will ship after production is complete. Our current estimate is late February to early March for Kickstarter shipments (for non-Founder's Edition/Early Bird tiers). Once the campaign closes, this site will open up to the general public for ordering. We’ll share milestone updates (EVT/DVT/PVT) by email.

Processing time
Once an order is ready to ship, please allow 2–4 business days for packing and handoff to the carrier. During peak periods or after campaign end, processing may take a bit longer—we’ll keep you posted.

Where we ship

  • United States: all 50 states and D.C. (PO Boxes may use USPS).

  • International: select countries at checkout or as specified on Kickstarter. If your country is not shown, email support@chugchamp.com.

Rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (or as listed on Kickstarter). Typical transit times:

  • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after carrier pickup.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Duties & taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) unless otherwise stated. Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are collected by the carrier or local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes
Need to update your address? Contact support@chugchamp.com with your order number before your item ships. Once an order is in transit, we can’t guarantee rerouting.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or hasn’t moved for 7+ business days, email support@chugchamp.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include photos of the packaging and item so we can open a carrier claim and make it right.

Split shipments
Items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.
