One mission: make party rivalry and competition official while simultaneously bringing the party community together.
Chug Champ started with a lightbulb moment from my cousin: for something as legendary (and occasionally questionable) as chugging, there was no legit way to time it at parties. We kept asking, “If chugging’s been around forever, how do we still not know who’s actually the fastest—buzz aside?”
That question turned into the world’s roughest sketch of a timing coaster (I can’t draw to save my life) and, about a year later, the first Chug Coaster prototype. Lift your drink and it starts, set it down and it stops—no phone timers, no arguing, just accurate times among friends.
Then we realized a fun, LED-lit timing device only settles the debate in one living room. So we built the Chug Champ Leaderboard—an official hub where you can share your chug with the world and prove you’re the fastest. Bud Heavy, seltzer, classic can of Coke—we don’t care what’s in the cup; we care about the time on the clock and answering “who’s actually the fastest chugger?”
